How to Return

Return within 14 days from the date you receive your item for a full refund. All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • You cannot cancel your order while in transit but you can return items within 14 days from the date you receive the items.
  • Items must be in the original form, unused, unwashed and in selling condition..
  • Repack your items neatly in proper packaging and seal it well.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back the return items.

  • If item is returned damaged, worn, stained, or overly wrinkled, we may refuse the return.
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item was received.
  • You will receive your refund in the original form payment in 10-20 business days after your package is received by us.
  • Exchanges: Easiest way to do an exchange is to place a new order and return unwanted item.
  • International orders: VAT and custom duty taxes are not refundable.
  • If there is any issue with the item received, please email to ask@norestforbridget.com within 5 business days of receipt.
  • We no longer accept returns of online orders at our retail stores.

Final Sale Items

  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, odors, perfume and/or stains.
  • Marked-down items including all items on the sale pages
