Shipping
We ship via USPS or UPS domestically and internationally and the shipping charges are based on the item weight and shipping destination. Please refer to the shipping chart when checking out. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We require signatures for all deliveries. We can also ship to another party as a gift. Please note when all attempts to deliver a package are made, the package will be returned to us. In the event of undeliverable packages, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the delivery address and will receive an online credit for the returned goods.
Inventory
Items you place an order for may be out of stock or may not be available until later date. In the event that the item is not deliverable immediately, we will notify you by email.
Returns and Exchanges
Please note that refunds are not permitted. You may return the unused, unwashed item in its original condition with the price tag attached within 14 days and we will provide you with a store credit, less shipping costs. Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless we have sent the wrong size or item.

Please note all returns must be sent via UPS or registered USPS as we need a signature. Please note that cosmetics, undergarments, jewelry, swimwear and special custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. All SALE / MARKED-DOWN ITEMS are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, you will be issued a store credit via email that can be used to purchase other products at our online store or our retail store.
