Established in 2004, No Rest For Bridget is a leading women's fashion retail chain with stores in Orange County, Los Angeles, Boston and San Francisco. We offer the newest fashion for women on-the-go with a mix of multi-brands and in-house brands that are work-ready, travel-tested and weekend-versatile.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Sales Associate/Keyholder/Shift Lead are responsible for assisting customers, processing transactions, and completing various tasks on a daily basis for the store to run smoothly. Be an impactful member of a high performing team in a successful growing company. This is a part time position at 15-30 hours/week.

THE ROLE

• Greet and provide excellent customer service while upholding NRFB shopping experience standards
• Build customer relationships through top notch service, styling guidance, and NRFB brand promotion
• Keep a sense-of-urgency pace while executing daily operational tasks such as go-backs, pricing, replenishing, and organizing with accuracy and attention to detail
• Stay informed and up-to-date on NRFB product knowledge as well as fashion trends in the market
• Represent the brand appropriately through communication, personal style, and work ethic

• Highly interested in trends and styling with an elevated fashion sense
• A flexible schedule with some weekday and weekend availability (subject to current store needs)
• Experience in fashion retail is a plus, but not required

PAY RANGES
Sales Associates: 16.00-18.50 /hr
Key Holder: 16.75-19.50 /hr
Shift Lead: 17.75-20.50 /hr
Assistant Store Manager: 24.00-27.00 /hr
Store Manager: 25.00-35.00 /hr

At No Rest For Bridget, we aim to pay competitively for our company’s size and industry. The pay rates offered are dependent on the candidate’s geographic region of work premises.
