How to Return

Return within 30 days from the date you receive your item for a full refund. All discounted or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

• You cannot cancel your order while in transit but you can return items within 30 days from the date you receive the items.
• Items must be in the original form, unused, unwashed and in selling condition..
• Exchanges: Easiest way to do an exchange is to place a new order and return unwanted item.
• International orders: VAT and custom duty taxes are not refundable.
• If there is any issue with the item received, please email to ask@norestforbridget.com within 5 business days of receipt.

RETURN BY SHIPPING

• Repack your items neatly in proper packaging and seal it well.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping back the return items.
• Ship it back to:

• If item is returned damaged, worn, stained, or overly wrinkled, we may refuse the return.
• Original shipping cost is non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged item was received.
• You will receive your refund in the original form payment in 10-20 business days after your package is received by us.

RETURN TO STORE

• You can return your item(s) to your nearest No Rest For Bridget / OPT store.
• You must present BOTH this packing slip as well as the store receipt.
• One & Last does not accespt online returns.
